It is now the site of the Empty Saddle Riding Club, which holds many competitions during the year, including the prestigious Portuguese Bend National Horse Show. |

In addition to running the ranch, Harry was responsible for planting most of the trees that are in the tree section of Palos Verdes Estates, along PV Drive North. |  |

| One of the large coast defense guns located on Palos Verdes as part of Fort Mac Arthur. They were built during World War I, and over 400 rounds were fired in practice before they were scrapped after World War II. |  |
